Returns and Exchanges
(All conditions below apply to processing of returns, refunds, and exchanges.)
You have 30 days from date of delivery to request a return/refund/exchange. If more than 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in a salable condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Books or calendars with obvious signs of use
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If denied the item will be returned to you upon your request.
If you are approved we will notify you by email; then your refund will be processed, in a timely manner.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a credit on your credit card account withing 21 days of email notification or refund check within the same time frame, if originally paid by check, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first, at firstname.lastname@example.org, and then send your item to: po box Volcano HI USA 96785.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 59, Hawaii National Park, HI 96718.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of shipping to us is not refundable.
The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary, based on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
